A question to Live to Cruise and the mods of LTC.

Hello guys. It's been a while since I made a topic here, so Hello to you all and good to see you again. I've been busy irl with lots of stuff so I haven't been able to get into LFS and lurk the forums. Anyway thats not why I'm making this topic. Today I was on Live to Cruise S2 and what hit me was the fact that there were many "Pacecar" members that were cadets. Now Im not making this topic to bash any Pace Car members nor am I making this topic to tell you to stop having them as cadets. I do have respect for Soulvex, I think he's a great guy and I'm sure he knows that I'm not talking about the whole Pacecar team now when I'm gonna bring up this subject. Anyway so I was on the server today, hotlapping on my FOX, when I was being chased by Ikke and a few others. I got busted and I was like, okay, fine, np its just cash. I paid off my fine and was like "I should've been in a FXR" seeing as my FOX isn't that fast as GTRs and cant handle hard hits. Anyway... after a few minutes, Mr. Yamamoto101r , a pacecar member was like asking for a flame when he said this : Quoted me first: "I should've been in a FXR (Ferrari 360 left the pits (FOX)" just to try and prove to me that I didnt get in a FXR, he basically was trying to make me look like a retard but okay thats not the problem... this is not what im trying to prove to you guys, its the fact that he constantly provokes me on the server and the fact that he actually wanted me banned or kicked after I told him that he actually was a dumb bitch. Now we are all adults here, and no I dont want to get him banned but my question for you guys is, is that provoking or not? And everytime I get on the server to HL, he asks me if I've beaten Wolfsbane's time. I did say I'd beat it, but I did however not say when and its certainly none of his business. Personally Im tired of him and his childish acts. I haven't seen anyone like this since old school ltc , takumi (for those who still remember that guy). Anyway, you guys all know me(I think) and you know that I wouldn't flame him back if he didnt provoke me. So my question is....how can he say that I deserve to get kicked / banned when he was the one provoking me? I just wanted to let you guys know about this cause so far I haven't seen anything like this on LTC.

personally imo i dont think think yamamoto is ''provoking a response/flame''

i can also see no evidence of him asking or requesting for a kick or a ban (screeny/replay?)

i will also say that yamamoto is actually a nice sensible guy (what i see of him anyway ) and i would beleive anything that is said is most proberbly playfull banter and should be taken on the chin, as its only a joke. Us moderators would soon take action if we saw somthing wrong or out of place. As for the Pacecar team, they are extremely active and a good influence on LTC's community.

Today, you were busted at least 5 times or more, and didn't get away a single time, if anyone checks replay data, this user was quite upset about being busted so many times as you will see in replay data. After the user stated "I should get in my FXR" then I quoted him "I should've been in a FXR (Ferrari 360 left the pits (FOX)" again as being constructive. He then called me "A dumb bitch" and finished his lap, then raged out and spectated then made this post.

I'm not sure what PaceCar is being brought into this, as this has absolutely nothing to do with the situation as I was under LTCPD and my signature had nothing to do with this team at the time of this innocent.

In my personal opinion your emotions were running high being upset with the chases and outcome and you have taken this into a negative light.

Please leave my team out of this, It would be in best interest.

You're wrong. I was not upset about being chased at all, I dont mind paying. I was however somewhat annoyed of how you were acting in the server. I didnt rage at all, I just claimed that you were a big dumb bitch cause of how you have been acting today and yesterday. I dont think I've ever raged on this server, as far as I can remember and people that know me also can confirm. However, the amount of times I was busted were due to me having either a damaged car or just hotlapping. Another thing though I am not talking about your team, I'm talking about you. I did say his time was shit, and it still is, he can improve it alot, and I bet Eddie can beat it aswell and The Hamster, same as I. But its none of your business to pester me. That is all

i understand your argues kinda well and have to agree about ppl provocating each other, there is much useless provocating on the server lately.
Ofc you never can allocate somethin like this to one single team but you said that yourself allready and i think its clear that this is nobodys point here.

If you want cruise on LTC nowadays you need nerves of steel!
Yamamoto did maybe not provocate you on purpose as he likes to talk much.... just take a look on other posts/threads of him or notice the way he adds his name under nearly every post by hand, instead using a Signature^^

There are quite a few ppl who like to discuss and walk on the line between a slightly provocation and a serious one these days.
You will have to use your ignore-switch as long it does not become a harassment and just have a laugh.

I've been gone, it seems, even longer than you. I'm sure you remember me well.

Yet in that time I have not forgotten the fact that you are both a kind mind, but also of short temper and have tendency to produce incidents.

As yet another member of LTC to weigh into this thread, I would like to ask you (in the interest of complete fairness to all parties involved) to keep, shall we say "hypothesize of provocation" to thyself. If you did not have such a flamboyant reputation this would be less of an issue - but in this case, nothing good can come from this thread OR a thread of this nature. You know how to get in touch with me and Mark if you truely believe a situation needs to be addressed, or it can be done so through the "report user" sub-section.

All this TYPE of thread does is to do is start a forum flame war, causing divides within the team, as has happened in the past.

However this is within the general forum, and not REALLY relevant to LTC, or even to the Pacecar team, as you attempt to draw conclusions to. You cite one incident with MrYamamoto (Whom I have no dealings with, and thus no opinion on), and this should be treated and filed as such, if you believe it to warrant such investigation. If this is the case, I invite you to produce screen-shots/replays as others have requested... not due to disblief, but because this is PROTOCOL and needs to be followed.
